well... my manga is based in awesome and specacular fight scene, with a lot of funny and stupid moment... sometimes, i draw some useless chapter where there aren't fight but only normal days in the demon world... but my main char (myself in demon version) like demon hunter... he find them, COOL! xD

Maybe at the End of an Ep/ Book/ part (Whatever you call Yours) or something
That way it doesn't interfere with the plot and Story

i usually start and finish the part of the story that i have draw, don't put something into (like: start "1"-finish "1" - start "2" - finish "2"etc... and not start "1" - start "2" as a filler - finish "2" - finish "1")... they aren't filler, just i want sometimes draw non-violence scene, so i draw something like "a normal day in the demon world", they aren't filler, it is just a normal day

Normal Day can be considered Filler.....Unless it 'ends' with something to do with the story or something

well... my personal intention aren't do filler... because sometimes, during normal day, there are explained some thing and there is a presentation of new character that DON'T appear only in this normal day, like filler, where are special chars that appear only in the fillers... in mine, all the chars appear and stay during all the other part of my manga (actually, i havelike more than 110 chars xD)

But are they Independent and Easily Distinguishable?
They would also need Identifiable Silhouette's

So if the characters have no story or personality then there is no effort?

If that was the case then background people, stand-ins, and extras have absolutely no meaning... yet.. they're extremely important in showing the reality of the situations through expressions, mumbles, grumbles, etc.

Well (E.g If Soul Eater's second last Ep ended with a Cliff Hanger, And then the last Ep was just the Characters sitting around and they had a normal/ average/ Everyday problem
(Lost cat Or something, Nothing to do with the Plot) it would just kill the Moment and ruin the Intensity

Then again if the Filler was individual, and wasn't counted as an actual Episode
(Bleach's Fillers were counted as Episodes
Like Ep 79 to 80 were just filler, I think)

I mean just something that doesn't tie in with the main Story

Like when Bleach characters fought against a Vampire

but my normal day tie in in my normal story! so i think that aren't filler!
