Vandheer animation

So I've always animated stick figures in flash and recently started doing fullbody. Since I played armed with wings 2 and 3 I always wanted to animate vandheer sometime, so I gave it a try.

I'm actually planning to make a really big animation tribute to the armed with wings series when I got a good hold of animating fullbody.

How about......making lone warrior, leo, and......eivana?

Hmm I might try the Lone Warrior, not a big fan of Leo, Eivana or the other characters, to be honest. :p

you should try nebula.... beat daniel to the punch, but intresting animation the movement of his clothe represent his 'water' heritage.

Animating Nebula... that would make things more interesting. Im going to try that tomorrow.

but thanks, Danie has inspired me alot since I started playing Armed with Wings, thanks to that inspirement I got into fullbody animation. And I should probably try to draw Nebula before animating him. :p

I will just post animations on here whenever I got something new to show.

the YOUNGER dan, he's from the past. (as you can tell by his animations)

I tried animating Nebula today but I didn't get so far because I don't know his abilities. I could just give him a random ability though and animate that, maybe. I will probably mess around more with Vandheer because it's fun animating him :p

If you have played armed with wings 3, you may know how to animate it.

I've played Armed with Wings 3 a million times but I don't see anything related to Nebula which could help me to animate it, however, Nebula does pop up in the final cutscene of Red Moon I remember, might try looking at that.

What I mean is.....some special attacks of network can be somehow used on nebula....

I liked Network's attacks quite much, might use some of those. And nope, never seen that video.

nebula resembles a tree, he has black mist all around him (which look like flames)
he forms some kind of power ball and flicks it

Perhaps I can just give him legs, with the smokey stuff all over it, it would make it easier for me to animate. Thanks for the example too :]

Wow, never expected Daniel would actually notice this topic, thanks alot man :] Now I'm going to make that tribute animation for sure. I wasn't sure what the tribute was going to be about but I think I will make Vandheer vs Nebula, that would make it interesting, I think.

I'm still going to practise more, more and more though, I really want my first fullbody project to be good.
